I have never checked out
Cheesequake State Park (Matawan, Middlesex County, New Jersey) before today. There is a nice multi use trail that I wanted to walk before I biked. It was about 3 miles long and would be fun to ride. But its only 3 miles.. so I will have to do 3 laps to actually get a good workout. I'll let you know how that goes once I go back and ride.
