We decided to park a bit north of where we usually launch from, and paddle north of the Sedge Islands. This launch spot can be found by taking the dirt road across from lot 15.

Ready.. set.. take it down |
A small cabin/home of some sort can be found near the parking lot. It must be owned by the park, but I can't picture someone actually living here. But it is rather well kept.. so I just don't know.
Once we got into the water we paddled north for about an hour.
Rob is not chasing these geese. They came in near him, and then were freaked out and flew away once he did not go around them.
This nice dock is most likely at the end of the trail within the park (off the main road) that mentions a viewing area of the bay. I did not take notice to which parking lot in the park, but it must be somewhere between the beginning, and lot 15 =]
An hour in, we needed a break. This little beach smelled a good bit like rotting vegetation, and fish. Who would have thought?
After a nice paddle I wanted to head over to the ocean side of the park from where we were. I left the parking area we were in, and parked right across the street in lot 15.
Almost there, just one more hill..
