Heading out on the Bay
One of the guys with me wanted some pictures of his kayak and fishing setup.

Lunch break
We headed over to an island in the middle of the bay and had some lunch. I also took some time to torture some seagulls

I guess they didn't like me walking through their area. |

Not too far to paddle from here :) |
The Sedge Islands

The first time dealt with swells bigger then 9 inches or so. Caught me off guard. |
Back to Island Beach
After our 4 hours of paddling, Rob and I headed out to the southern most part of Island Beach, where you can drive a 4WD vehicle out and fish all day, all night.
Before we got to the inlet, Rob jumped into the water for a fast dip. A bit to cold for you?

This inlet is supposed to be one of the toughest inlets in Jersey to deal with. FAST moving water. Boaters who don't care about kayakers. So I think we will just be looking around here from the shore today :)
After some relaxing at the inlet, we walked back to our cars and saw a few more interesting things..
