Diamond Notch Falls is formed on the Westkill, a medium-sized stream that rises on the south slopes of Hunter Mountain and flows into Schoharie Creek at Lexington. The waterfall is roughly 10 feet high. A footbridge spans the creek just upstream from the falls.
